Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sairchie. We want you to love your hair-care products, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns if:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
We cannot accept returns of opened or used hair products.
2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sairchie.co.uk
- Include your order number and clear photos of the product/packaging
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@sairchie.co.uk
- Include your name, order number, and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and a return address
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refund processing time: 3–7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened hair-care products
- Gift cards
- Sale/clearance items (unless faulty)
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the unopened product for a refund and place a new order.
