Thank you for shopping with Sairchie. We’re committed to delivering your hair-care products quickly, reliably, and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

During busy periods (sales, holidays, new product launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted UK couriers to ensure reliable delivery.

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Flat rate: £3.95

Express Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
  • Flat rate: £5.95

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update. 

5. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if delivery is repeatedly attempted and fails:

We can reship the order once the correct address is provided (additional shipping costs may apply).

Alternatively, we can refund the product cost once the parcel is returned to us (shipping fees are non-refundable).


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if items are missing:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sairchie.co.uk with your order number and photos of the parcel/products.

We will replace or refund affected items in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Order Delays

While we process and ship orders promptly, delays may occur due to:

High seasonal volumes

Courier network issues

Severe weather or strikes
